Cotton Bay is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property located on the south coast of Barbados and is set in tropical landscaped gardens on a private road.  Just two minutes from Cottonbay beach and only 7 minutes from Enterprise.

The house is spacious and very tastefully decorated, with every comfort available to guests. 

Upstairs consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms; the master with a kingsize four-poster bed, ensuite bathroom and dressing room. The second bedroom also has an ensuite with twin beds which can be joined together to form a kingsize bed. The third bedroom is downstairs, and is suitable for the elderly or infirm.

Downstairs the living, dining and kitchen areas benefit from ceiling fans, as does the patio; ideal if you want to have evening drinks whilst watching the sunset. In the living area there are two large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. The dining area has a large dining table, which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range cooker and a breakfast bar, which also seats 6 people.

Rates:

Please note that prices quoted are for use of the entire property and include all utilities.  Prices quoted are in GB Pounds.  Payment accepted in GB pounds, US dollars and Euros.  Payment via cheque, paypal or money transfer.

Booking Terms & Conditions:

- A 25% deposit is required to secure all bookings
- Balance is payable no later than 3 weeks prior to arrival
- Refundable security deposit is payable on arrival ($200 BDS or $100 USD)

CANCELLATIONS:

46 - 60 days is 25% of rental.
45 days or less is 80% of rental.
Early departures will not be refunded.
